I'm pretty excited about the Summer message series that we've planned for both Trinity site this summer. Pastor Tim and I are preaching through the Bible to give people an overview/sketch of the flow of God's story. Of course we won't be able to cover every chapter and verse. We will be summarizing the message of major events and themes. This past week I preached on the Patriarchs (Genesis 12-50). We covered a lot of ground but I think that the hearers got an idea of this important time in Bible history and why God used these men to reveal His story and pass it to the generations that followed.
